Stabilitas is registered with the Financial Services Board as a Participation Mortgage Bond Management Company and governed by the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002.

The company offers an ideal opportunity for the average person to be involved in the commercial property market as participation is granted to investors in bonds over first class properties. Emphasis is placed on shopping centres, office blocks and industrial properties in good locations. Although investments are for 5 years and rates fluctuate, rates have over the long term been significantly higher than achieved in other investments, such as fixed deposits and government bonds.

Investments must be in multiples of R1 000,00 and the minimum initial investment is R5 000,00.
